The Ospreys return to Dunraven Brewery Field in Bridgend for Round 4 of the United Rugby Championship, where they’ll face the Glasgow Warriors in one of the most anticipated fixtures of the weekend.
The Welsh club is looking to extend its strong home form after a convincing win over Zebre Parma, while Glasgow arrives aiming to maintain early-season momentum and build on last week’s victory.
Ospreys head coach Mark Jones said his team expects a stern test against a Glasgow side that consistently competes among the league’s elite.
“Glasgow were the champs two years ago and have made the semi-finals on a few occasions,” Jones said. “They’re an all-court team that can threaten on all fronts. It’s a top-class outfit that is well coached by Franco and his team, so we’re going to have to be at our absolute best to get the result.”

Glasgow head coach Franco Smith said he was pleased with his team’s recent performance but emphasized the need for continued improvement.
“We were pleased with the result last weekend, but know that there is still plenty for us to build and improve upon as we move forward,” Smith said. “The Ospreys have shown so far that they can pose problems for any team, with a squad packed with talent across every position on the field. They showed how proudly they defend their home record by shutting out Zebre last weekend, and we know we will need to raise our level to meet their challenge.”
