A shoreside venue on the picturesque Sefton coastline wants to become “Liverpool’s ultimate destination for festive fun” .The Lake House in Crosby has announced its full Christmas calendar, with Christmas food specials, a magical “Winter Wonder-Lawn” and Santa’s enchanting Grotto.
New for 2025, the “Winter Wonder-Lawn” event will see The Lake House’s iconic lawn transformed beneath a cosy heated and covered tent, with festive street food and seasonal drinks.
The area will host Christmas parties, an Elf Pantomime, Drag Queen Christmas bingo, a Frozen meet and greet with Elsa and Anna and a magical Christmas Eve family evening with live music. For those wanting to leave their car behind and continue the festivities. The Lake House has 13 welcoming hotel rooms.
Alongside the events, The Lake House will also transform into a magical wonderland complete with Santa’s Lakeside Grotto as well as Christmas dishes including loaded fries packed with turkey, bacon, cranberry sauce, brie and fresh sage, brie balls, bratwursts and Yorkshire pudding wraps packed with sliced turkey, stuffing and gravy.
Guests can wash their festive dishes down with Christmas inspired cocktails and winter warming hot chocolates and mulled wine.
The Lake House’s events calendar:
November 28 and 29, December 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19: The Christmas Do, perfect for office parties with a festive arrival drink and three delicious courses, a Lakeside party atmosphere and DJ on all evening.
November 30, 11am-1pm: A visit from Santa with and photo opportunities with the man himself inside his magical Lakeside Grotto. Guests can choose to also enjoy breakfast first or stay for lunch after at The Lake House. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
December 7: The Elf Pantomime on the Winter Wonder-Lawn
December 11: Drag Bingo on the Winter Wonder-Lawn
December 21: Frozen meet and greet
