Former Celtic boss Neil Lennon has revealed his angriest moment as Hoops manager came when he hit James Forrest with a prawn sandwich during a rant.
The Northern Irishman, 54, was left furious at his players on field performance and let rip in the dressing room at full time. Celtic clinched the game late on but a raging Lennon was in no mood to join in with any celebrations.
The manager booted a tray of sandwiches while blasting what had just taken place on the pitch. But one sandwich struck winger Forrest, now the most decorated player in Celtic history.

It left the wide man, who has won 26 trophies, with prawn marie rose running down his face and into his eye as he watched his manager read the team the riot act.
Forrest sat frozen until Lennon, who was in his first term in charge of the club, stormed out of the dressing room and then wiped the filling off his face.
Lennon said: “We played and I think we’d won the game but we were rubbish and I think we’d scored late on. You know the way you come in afterwards.

“They’ve got like sandwiches and pizzas and all laid out for the players to eat more or less straight away. They all came in really happy and I’m fizzing and I just went bosh and I kicked the food everywhere.”
Speaking to BBC Radio Scotland’s The Saturday Show, Lennon added: “So I’m in the middle of this rant and James Forrest had prawn marie rose running down the side and it’s in his eye and it’s twitching.
“But he’s that scared to make a move in case he catches my eye and I go for him that he just sat there twitching and as soon as I walked out he was like ‘thank God for that’ and wiped it off.”
Former Hoops stars Charlie Mulgrew and Adam Matthews have previously spoken about being in the dressing room during the shock incident.
Lennon played for Celtic between 2000 and 2007 and had two spells as manager at the club. He is currently manager of Dunfermline in the Scottish Championship.
Forrest, 34, made his debut for Celtic in 2009 and has racked up 109 goals in 541 appearances for the club. He has scored in 16 consecutive seasons for Celtic.
