RENO, Nev. (KOLN) – Fifty one people competed to be Miss USA on Friday night, and the winner was Miss Nebraska USA.
Audrey Eckert(Miss Nebraska USA)
Audrey Eckert, 23, was declared Miss USA at the 74th Miss USA Pageant in Nevada’s Grand Sierra Resort. She’ll now be heading to compete at Miss Universe 2025, which will take place on Nov. 21 in Thailand.
Eckert is the second Nebraskan to win Miss USA, with Sarah Rose Summers winning in 2018.
On April 6, 2025, Audrey Eckert was crowned Miss Nebraska USA 2025 at the Garden Theater in Omaha, Neb.
According to Miss Nebraska USA, Eckert graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor of Science in business administration, specializing in marketing and minoring in advertising and public relations. She was also a former NCAA Division I athlete and former captain of the Husker Cheer Squad.
Eckert currently works as the social media and marketing coordinator for Sapahn, a Thai handbag brand.
