Residents in an area of Derry city have returned to their homes following a security alert on Saturday evening.
Police attended the alert in Campion Court in the Waterside area of the city.
Cordons were put in place and a number of residents were evacuated.
A rest centre for residents was opened at the nearby Hillcrest Community Centre for the duration of the alert.
Residents have now returned to their homes.
Police thanked the public for their co-operation and asked those with information to come forward.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “If you have any information in relation to this incident you can contact Police on 101 quoting reference 1161 of the 25/10/25.”
