Police on the island confirmed that Joanne McCaul, originally from Ballygawley, passed away following the collision last Tuesday.
Ms McCaul (53) had been living in Bermuda for over 20 years and was riding a rental bike at the time of the collision.
Emergency services took Ms McCaul to hospital where she later died from her injuries, according to reports.
Ms McCaul had been working as a manager for the Island Restaurant Group.
Paying tribute, the group referred to Ms McCaul as ‘Wee Jo’.
“With our deepest sympathies, we share the heart breaking news that we have lost our ‘Wee Jo’,” the restaurant group said.
“Joanne McCaul was an inspiration to the entire Island Restaurant Group family.
“Joanne joined IRG in 2004 as a server at Hog Penny, where her dedication and enthusiasm quickly shone through.”
The group praised Ms McCaul’s work ethic and passion.
It added: “Over the years, she climbed the ladder into management, leading with kindness, strength, and grace.
“Jo managed several of our IRG restaurants, and her final position was as restaurant m anager at The Pickled Onion and Brew.
“Her passion, laughter, and warmth touched everyone who had the privilege of working with her.”
The group offered their sympathies to Ms McCaul’s loved ones.
“Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family, friends, and everyone who loved our Wee Jo. You will forever be in our hearts,” it added.
“May you find peace and fly with the angels.”

Originally from Ballygawley, Ms McCaul was a former pupil of St Ciaran’s High School and went on to study at Belfast College of Business Studies before moving abroad.
Tributes came from Ms McCaul’s friends and colleagues, who described her as a ‘beaming light’ who was ‘filled with infectious smiles, great stories and infinite laughs’.
Bermuda police said an investigation into the collision was ongoing and a family liaison officer had been appointed to assist her family.
