Liverpool have not been at their very best this season, having lost six out of their last eight games across all competitions.
The reigning Premier League champions have looked a shadow of themselves, with several key players struggling to perform.
One of the players who has really seen a dip in form is Liverpool winger Cody Gakpo.
The Dutchman has really struggled to make any significant impact despite being a regular starter on the left-side.
His performances have resulted in criticism from pundit and fans, who believe the 26-year-old has been very one dimensional in his attack, which makes him very predictable to defend against.

Off the pitch, however, Gakpo has been active in managing his investments.
According to a report from Dutch outlet Man Man, the 26-year-old has listed one of his properties in Rotterdam for sale on Fundaup.
The report claims that the property is part of a wider real estate portfolio Gakpo has built alongside a close friend, featuring several residential and commercial assets.
Liverpool have very evidently missed the presence of Luis Diaz on the left side of the attack.
And with Gakpo struggling for form, the Reds have been linked with a move for Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo.
It has been reported that the Cherries are willing to sell their star player for the right valuation, with several clubs keen on signing him including Manchester United, Arsenal, and Tottenham.
Liverpool, however, are said to be favourites to sign Semenyo, with Bournemouth even contacting the Reds regarding the player through Richard Hughes.
Semenyo’s ability to play several positions across the attack makes him an attractive target for the Reds.
However, a January move would not come cheap. Bournemouth are reportedly seeking a fee in the region of £100 million, while a summer move could be closer to £70 million, depending on a release clause included in his contract.
Whether Liverpool move decisively for Semenyo may ultimately depend on Gakpo’s ability to rediscover his best form in the coming months.
