The Ivy Collection is gearing up to launch its sister restaurant concept, Ivy Asia, on Tuesday, 4 November. The company’s first local site opened on 19 November last year, nestled in the former Bank of England building on Castle Street, with Asia situated on the upper level of the venue.

Ivy Asia restaurants boast the same vibrant floral décor found in sister venues, but with unique Asian cultural touches. The menu deviates from the Ivy’s usual fare, showcasing exotic dishes such as seared wagyu beef alongside a selection of sushi and sashimi.

The Ivy Asia Liverpool’s menu features a variety of dishes that celebrate the bold and distinctive flavours of Asian cuisine and highlight seasonal ingredients.

There are a range of menus available including the ‘dragon set menu’, samurai set dinner menu’, and ‘experience menu’. There is also a kids menu and dessert menu. Check out The Ivy Asia’s full a la carte menu and prices below.
