Though you’ll have seen Coldplay, either in videos or in the flesh, filling stadiums on their spellbinding Music For The Spheres tour earlier this year, there is one more chance to see two of their band members live this year.

In a vastly different setting, Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland are performing an intimate show this Christmas, with tickets allocated via prize draw and all proceeds going towards the charities War Child and Crisis.

Taking place at Hackney Church on Wednesday, December 3, A Special Evening With Jonny & Chris sees the pair return to the venue after their similar performance last Christmas raised more than £350,000 for Crisis.

It marks the pair’s final live appearances of 2025, having capped off 10 nights at Wembley Stadium for Music For The Spheres, the band’s record-breaking tour, which kicked off in 2022.

How to get tickets to Chris Martin & Jonny Buckland’s show in London

Due to the demand for tickets being very high, the tickets to this show will be dealt out via a prize draw, which is now open and can be viewed here. To enter the draw, you must donate at least £10, which gains you one entry in the draw, with options for £20 (two entries), £50 (five entries), and £100 (10 entries) also available.

The draw is open until 11:59am on Monday, November 17, with 150 winners being randomly selected and offered a pair of non-transferable tickets each. According to the prize draw page, those who are successful in the draw will be contacted on Friday, November 21. Winners will also be asked to show photo ID upon entry.

‘A Special Evening With Jonny & Chris’ takes place on Wednesday, December 3, and you can read more details here. You can also donate directly to War Child here, and Crisis here.
