Former Spice Girls star Geri Horner was spotted in Edinburgh as she takes in some of the capital’s tourist spots – and fans all took to social media to welcome her.
The popular singer, known as Ginger Spice, posed up at Edinburgh Castle and shared the snap with her 1.4 million Instagram followers.
Wearing a tartan skirt, the 52-year-old was in the capital to promote her new book Rosie Frost. She captioned the iconic picture with: “When in Scotland…”.

She later shared a short clip highlighting various moments from her Edinburgh visit on April 26. The star said: “Just a regular day in Scotland with our very own James 1st.”
Many fans were quick to share their thoughts on the post with hundreds of likes and comments soaring in.

It comes as part of her tour across the UK which saw her visit London, Bath, Edinburgh and St Andrews.
The event took place at Ps and Gs church in the capital at 1.30pm.
