A woman has been rushed to hospital after a car crash in Leeds.

The woman is in a “serious condition” after the crash on Aberford Road, Woodlesford, at 3.47pm today (Friday, November 7). The crash occurred between two cars, between All Saints Road and Station Lane.

Ambulance crews and fire and rescue teams attended the scene, while police blocked off the road in both directions.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “At 3.47pm police were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving two cars on Aberford Road, Woodlesford, Leeds.

“Officers attended and established a woman was in a serious condition. Enquiries remain ongoing at the scene and the road is closed.”
