The deadline to nominate the West Midlands’ most inspiring business leaders has been extended by a week, with entries now closing on Friday 14 November.
The West Midlands Leadership Awards 2026 will shine a spotlight on the individuals shaping the region’s economic future, celebrating excellence across 21 categories.
The awards recognise leaders whose vision, resilience and commitment have driven meaningful change in their organisations and wider communities.
Judges will be looking for individuals who can demonstrate clear strategic impact, from delivering outstanding customer experiences and motivating high-performing teams, to championing innovation, driving growth and showing exceptional leadership through challenging market conditions.

Last year’s awards saw exceptional talent recognised, with Mitchell Barnes, CEO and founder of RYSE 3D, named Leader of the Year, alongside winners including Jordon Tipper from Start Tech as Young Leader and Ben Howells from Living Well UK as Public & Third Sector Leader.
The award ceremony will take place at the Macdonald Burlington in Birmingham on 26 March 2026.
