Grace Caroline Currey (Fall, Annabelle: Creation, Shazam) will star in the chilling horror film The Freeze.
Deadline reports that IndustryWorks Studios is launching sales for the film at the American Film Market.
Currey plays Morgan, who clings to hope as her fractured family unravels after her young son vanishes.
After bringing home a vintage 1940s refrigerator, Morgan discovers something hidden within that’s slowly freezing them inside their own home and may hold the chilling truth behind her son’s disappearance.
Writer-director Trevor Mirosh makes his feature debut on the project, based on his 2017 short film of the same name.
Milo Gibson (Hacksaw Ridge), James C. Clayton (Bullet Proof), and Natasha Henstridge (Species) round out the cast.
Evan Tylor and Caterina Scrivano of IndustryWorks executive produce along with Keli Price of Price Productions.
Filmed in Canada, The Freeze is currently in post-production.
