The NRL are on the look-out for a big name music artist to perform as part of the Rugby League in Las Vegas event next February.
The proceedings, which take place on Saturday 28 February, will see three matches take place across the day.
Canterbury Bulldogs will take on St George Illawarra Dragons and Newcastle Knights meet North Queensland Cowboys. For the second year running, a Super League game heads there too, as champions Hull KR face Leeds Rhinos.
February is an exciting but busy month for the Robins. Not only do they kick off their Super League and Challenge Cup campaigns, but they will also take on Brisbane Broncos in the World Club Challenge a week before flying out to the States.
However, the NRL are now hoping they will be able to add a music act to the day’s action as well.

American rock band The Killers, who have famous tracks such as ‘Mr Brightside’ and ‘Somebody Told Me’, are thought to be one of the names. Teddy Swims, who performed live at the NRL Grand Final, is another potential option.
However, according to the report, most artists the NRL have contacted are demanding a fee of over seven figures to play the show.
It is hoped that if a big artist were to play as part of the weekend, it would entice more Americans to come to the event and potentially become interested in rugby league.
What format the concert would take remains to be seen, with the NRL having the option to get them to either perform between the matches or have one big concert after the games have taken place.
A recent report to emerge from the US has stated that tourism has decreased significantly in Vegas since 2020, with figures showing a 13.5% downfall in international arrivals since last year. A music event to go alongside the sporting action would be seen as beneficial then for both the city and the sport.
Last year, Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors represented Super League in the event, as the Warriors ran out 48-24 victors. There were also wins on the day for Australia Jillaroos, Canberra Raiders and Penrith Panthers,
