The Made in Chelsea personality, 36, announced via Instagram in June that he and wife Sophie Habboo are expecting their first baby together.
The pair, who began their relationship in 2019 before marrying in 2023, shared the exciting news with fans earlier this year.
Speaking on ITV’s This Morning on Monday (November 17) with presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, Jamie provided an update on the pregnancy.

He was accompanied by best mate Sam Thompson, who offered his support as Jamie spoke candidly about his hidden health battle.
Cat was quick to highlight the pair’s close bond, suggesting it would prove useful when Jamie’s baby arrives. The presenter remarked: “The great thing is, you’ve got a ready baby sitter.”
Sam interjected: “He would never. He would never.” Cat added: “You can phone him up at the last minute.”
Everyone burst out laughing as Jamie responded: “Do you think I’m going to leave my baby with him?”. Defending Sam, Cat pointed out, “He’s got experience with his sister’s little ones. Let him have a go.”

Ben, shifting the focus to Jamie’s book, highlighted: “You’ve written in your book that you’ve written it for your little one.”
He then queried: “So how do you feel about the baby’s arrival?” Jamie confessed: “I’m really scared. It’s so intense. I’ve just passed my test for the second time.”
Ben questioned: “To drive her (Sophie) to the hospital?” Jamie affirmed: “Yes, because I lost it (his licence) because if you go too fast on the road, it’s a problem. You don’t need a licence to have a baby, but you need a licence to drive a car.”
The star was left gobsmacked as Ben unveiled that they had a special gift for his unborn child. Ben announced, “We have a little present for you.”

Sam was thrilled as he exclaimed, “Of course we do.” Jamie turned to Sam and asked: “What is it? Did you get it yourself?”
Sam stumbled over his words as he responded: “Umm, no.”
The King of the Jungle then produced a white baby grow as he continued: “It’s a little this morning baby grow. I love This Morning and you’re part of the family.
“We love you so much, and honestly, listening to you speak about what you’re going through, you’re going to help so many people.”
Sam added, “You’re one of the loveliest people I know, and I really do mean that. Enjoy this because I know it’s going to be the first thing you put on.”
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and ITVX
