Lambert Smith Hampton, the commercial property firm which secures the centre’s retailers, said the lettings marked a “landmark” year.
It said the arrival of LEGO in August had resulted in record footfall, and that all the new signings “reinforced [Victoria Square’s] position as Northern Ireland’s premier shopping destination”.
The centre’s other new tenants comprise Bershka, Space NK, Krispy Kreme, Mowgli Street Food, Astrid & Miyu, Crew Clothing, Loake Shoemakers, and Crew Clothing.
Lambert Smith Hampton said Pull & Bear had relocated in the centre, enabling it to treble in size, while denim giant Levi’s had returned after shutting down in 2018.
The firm also said that fashion was driving performance, thanks to Bershka’s arrival and the growth of its sister brand, Pull & Bear.

Sephora will be arriving at Victoria Square in early 2026.
It further said beauty and lifestyle brands were strong, with Space NK’s relocation from Donegall Square, adding that Sephora’s arrival next year would be a “significant milestone” in NI.
Lambert Smith Hampton said lease renewals had also been strong during the year, with 11 retailers signing up to long leases, and others, such as Hugo Boss, Reiss, Wagamama, Cosmo and Five Guys, investing in store refits.
Criona Collins, head of retail agency at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Victoria Square continues to outperform the market, attracting global brands and delivering sustained lasting momentum.
“Sephora’s commitment is a game changer for the region and the strength of renewals reflects the centre’s proven performance and strategic value.
“We’re looking forward to 2026 and further exciting announcements.”

Michelle Greeves, centre manager at Victoria Square, which is owned by Commerz Real, added: “This year’s lettings have significantly altered our retail mix, creating an exceptional experience for shoppers.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors over the festive season and continuing to support retailers in a thriving environment.”
