I’m A Celeb returned for another episode this evening as Jack Osbourne shared he plans to take a “step back”. The son of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne is currently appearing on this year’s series of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here. The campmates come from all walks of life as singers, comedians, actors and influencers form the ten contestants taking part.
The third episode of the series saw Jack share that he plans to step away from doing the cooking to let everyone else have a go. He told his co-stars: “I’m going to be taking a step back from doing it all. So everyone else can get stuck in.”
He told Alex and Shona that they will do the cooking that evening instead. Jack shared with the group: “Maybe I am doing too much, but maybe because that’s my life at home.” He added: “I have four kids and I’m always doing stuff.”
Jack first rose to prominence through the reality programme The Osbournes, which ran from 2002 to 2005, alongside his parents and sister Kelly. Subsequently, in 2005, he starred in his own series, Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie, in which he undertook extreme challenges, including mountain climbing and martial arts.
Jack has been using the tips and tricks he has learned in the past while in the jungle, and has struggled not to take over the camp activities.

He also told his campmates he took part in the latest season of Cooking With the Stars. The reality TV star cooked a steak dinner for the winners of the first challenge earlier this week.
Fans were divided by Jack’s decision to take charge. Some were happy to see his potential to become “camp leader”, while others questioned why he was ordering his co-stars on which tasks to do.
Jack’s dad Ozzy died at the age of 76 on July 22 this year, just weeks following a Black Sabbath reunion concert held in his home city of Birmingham.
Jack has acknowledged that participating in the ITV programme will be “difficult” for him following the death of his dad. Speaking about his decision to join the show, Jack said his mum, Sharon, and sister, Kelly, have given him their full support.
He said: “Mum and Kelly, yeah, they are absolutely going to be watching. They are supportive. It’s absolutely going to be hard leaving them behind. I have got lots of kids, my wife, and my family still in the wake of my dad passing.
“It is going to be difficult, that is for sure. It’s not the longest amount of time I’ve been away from them. I’ve gone on different trips filming Adrenaline Junkie for nearly two months without a phone, but I still had access to one, and I was able to make calls home.
“It’s going to be very difficult not speaking to my wife and kids. But yes, I do hope I can make my family proud.”
He also acknowledged that viewers might hear him utter the famous phrase: “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here”, admitting he is “scared of the Bushtucker Trials”. He said: “The advice my mum gave me was, ‘Don’t tell them what you’re really afraid of.'”
I’m A Celebrity airs every night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX
