• Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was photographed horseback riding in Windsor.
  • The disgraced royal has technically been evicted from the Royal Lodge…but is still living there.
  • King Charles, Prince William, and Kate Middleton are upset about Andrew being seen.

Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has technically been evicted from the Royal Lodge (the giant mansion he’s been occupying rent-free), and while there are reports that the disgraced royal is moving to Sandringham…he was just spotted riding his house around Windsor. In other words, he’s showing no signs of picking up his stuff and leaving.

A source tells the Daily Mail that Andrew’s presence in Windsor is “not a good look” for King Charles, or for new neighbors Prince William or Kate Middleton—who just moved into the area and do not want Andrew around.

“It’s really not a good look. The King won’t be happy that his brother has been photographed riding in the grounds of Windsor Castle, which after all is funded by the taxpayer,” the insider says, noting that Kate and William are also annoyed about the situation. “That move to Sandringham can’t come soon enough to get him away from Windsor.”

They add, “I gather Andrew and Fergie are both feeling the strain. Their family and friends are worried about their mental health and the King does feel he has a duty of care to his brother. He’s been holed up at Royal Lodge for weeks.”

So…when is Andrew actually moving? Multiple sources say it will take him “months” to move out of the Royal Lodge, so William and Kate could be dealing with him as a neighbor for a while.
