CBRE has appointed new leaders for its Edinburgh, Leeds and Liverpool offices, effective 1 January 2026.

Angela Lowe (pictured), who has been with CBRE for more than a decade and leads the office agency team in Scotland, has been appointed head of Edinburgh. Lowe will succeed Mark Little, who will continue with the firm as head of building consultancy and Integrated PJM Scotland.

In Leeds, Mike Baugh will assume the role of head of Leeds, succeeding Richard Bamford, who will continue as head of building consultancy, UK regional markets and UK head of building surveying. Baugh, who has spent more than 12 years at CBRE, will continue to lead the company’s industrial and logistics, North division.

CBRE has also appointed Neil Kirkham, who has been with CBRE for more than 13 years, as head of Liverpool.
