The queen opted for the Massimo Dutti Heeled Loafers in black leather for the appearance, a shoe she has reached for on multiple occasions and while fulfilling her royal duties. The shoes are made from a sleek cowhide leather with a high-shine glossy finish. The loafers feature a penny strap detail and a 2.3-inch block heel that gives the menswear-inspired shoes a feminine spin.

The shoes are made with the brand’s Airfit insole for greater comfort and maximum cushioning. The heels are not currently available on the Massimo Dutti website, but they are available on resale websites for less than $200. The brand offers a variety of flat loafers in multiple colors and styles.

Letizia has worn the shoes to many events in the last two years, including a reception for the Paris Olympic athletes in 2024, engagements at the Senate Palace, an event honoring the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a 2025 World Rare Disease Day event and for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Mauthausen concentration camp earlier this year.

For the BBVA Microfinance Foundation program on Wednesday, she paired the shoes with a look from Massimo Dutti. The suit included a wool-blend blazer with a flecked effect. The garment featured a lapel collar, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, two-button fastening, and two flap pockets.

The blazer features a slim belt with silver details that cinch her waist. She styled the look with a black, low-cut top underneath. The matching suit trousers were also made of wool-blend fabric, with two welt pockets on the back, and featured a lightly fitted silhouette, providing the royal with a more defined and slim appearance.

Queen Letizia has been spotted wearing various Massimo Dutti shoe styles over the years. Her go-to footwear brands range from Jimmy Choo and Aquazzura, Prada, Manolo Blahnik, Gucci, Carolina Herrera, Patrizia Pepe, Spanish luxury shoe brand Magrit, to more accessible brands like Mango, & Other Stories, and more.
