The Kittoch in East Kilbride has reopened following a major investment and rebrand. The pub, which was previously part of the Hungry Horse group, has now joined the Belhaven pub family. It closed in October to undergo a full refurbishment and reopened to the public this week.
The six-figure revamp included new interiors, updated furnishings, upgraded televisions and sound systems, and a refreshed food and drink offer. A new entertainment schedule has also been introduced, with weekly quiz nights and live music at the weekends.
General Manager Mark Thomson said the investment had transformed the pub. He highlighted improvements to the sports facilities and menus, and said the aim was to create a welcoming space for the local community.
