Chris Hardy, manager of the food bank which opened in 2010, said it was a “vital collaboration”.
The charity, which feeds 1,500 people each week, opened a large warehouse to store food earlier this year because demand for its service has continued to grow.
He said: “It means so much to us, the connection with Tramlines grows our reputation and profile in the city.
“It helps people in Sheffield who are struggling to buy food at this present time.”
The 2026 Tramlines festival will take place in Hillsborough Park on 24-26 July.
