A missing man who vanished two days ago has been seen again, with police releasing an image of the sighting.

Roderick Nisbet was reported missing from St Leonards in Edinburgh on Wednesday, November 19.

Officers revealed the 42-year-old has since travelled to England after he was spotted in Wilmslow, Cheshire, this morning at around 8.15am.

He is described as 6ft 4in tall, of medium build with a bald head. When last seen, Roderick was wearing a navy-blue puffer jacket.

Sergeant Paul Anderson said: “It is unusual for Roderick to not tell family and friends where he is and concerns are growing for his welfare.

“Anyone who may have seen Roderick in since Wednesday, 19 November, or who has any new information on where he may be, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 1538 of 19 November 2025.

”We’d also appeal to Roderick himself to get in touch with police or his family.”
