Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson have had their royals titles dramatically taken away but their exclusive London nights out will also be coming to an end.

The pair have been turned away from one of London’s most famous private clubs amid the scandal surrounding the pair. Annabel’s – which has welcomed people like Princess Diana, Frank Sinatra, Mick Jagger and Kate Moss through its doors – has just turned away two guests. Staff at the nightclub have reportedly been told to not let Andrew and Fergie inside the private members club anymore amid controversy around the ex couple’s relationship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew and Fergie have denied all claims against them.

The pair were never official members at the £3,750-a-year club but they were allowed to come in and out in an arrangement enjoyed by few at the exclusive venue.

A source, speaking to the Daily Mail, said: “Sarah and Andrew at this point would be turned away. Their type of notoriety is not what the club needs.”

Andrew and Fergie’s daughter, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie, however are members at Annabel’s and their parents’ shunning could be awkward, the course added, as members are allowed to sign in guests to come in with them.

Princess Eugenie celebrated her birthday at the Annabel’s in 2023 and mum Sarah was one of the guests at her bash.

The wave of titles, honours and membership being stripped from the pair has continued to grow and Annabel’s have reportedly not wanted to stray. The source added: “There is some trepidation that actually Annabel’s is among the few remaining places the couple might feel they can still go.”

Andrew celebrated his 30th birthday at Annabel’s and it was also the site of a famous gatecrashing. The ex-prince was meant to have his stag do at the private member’s club in 1986, but it was moved at the last minute when the secret got out.

Despite this, Princess Diana and Fergie did not know about the move and showed up at Annabel’s dressed at police strippergrams to reportedly try and gatecrash the stag.

This move has reportedly also been extended to four other sister venues owned by the Birley Group. These locations include Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets.

This comes after Andrew was reportedly stripped of his last remaining honour. Chiefs at the City of London Corporation have reportedly been scrambling to remove the Freedom of the City of London for the disgraced ex-prince.

This honour is one of the oldest and most exclusive in the world, with a host of celebrities being granted it over the years. It allows people the right to walk sheet across Tower Bridge, in the centuries old tradition, and carry a ceremonial sword.
