FFTeam is launching in Shipdham next month and will feature group coaching and tailored one-to-one sessions.
Fitness enthusiasts and new members will be welcomed at its official opening on December 1.

Pedro Alexandre, owner of FFTeam, said: “Think group coaching, HYROX-style training, and sessions that hit different.
“It’s not about how many members we can fit in, it’s about our passion for fitness and building a community”.

The studio is set up with gym equipment such as weights and benches, but it will not work like a standard gym where people can come in and use what they want.
The space will operate as a “structured service to work for a specific goal”, with a members’ hub and the main studio.

The members’ hub will be the place where people can “sign up and grab a coffee, and catch their breath before the chaos”.
The guided workouts will take place in the main studio.
“The Shipdham studio is edging closer to opening day, and we’re building more than just walls-we’re building a community,” Mr Alexandre added.
“It’s been a minute, but the grind hasn’t stopped”.
Free 30-minute taster sessions will be running from 9am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
