Trio of office buildings at Birmingham business park hit the market

A newly refurbished trio of office buildings at Kings Court, Birmingham Business Park, has been released to the market.

The units, Offices 2620, 2635 and 2640, have undergone a full refurbishment programme and are being brought to market by joint agents KWB Commercial Property Specialists and Fisher German.

Clowes Developments, which acquired the site in May 2022 as part of its long-term leasehold portfolio strategy, has seen strong demand for space at Kings Court, with all buildings previously fully let.
