Between launching her 12th studio album, cheering on her football fiancé, and planning what’s shaping up to be America’s own royal wedding, Taylor Swift is a busy woman. Luckily, she is getting pretty good at killing two birds with one stone. On Sunday night, she showed up to the Kansas City Chiefs game to support Travis Kelce, while also repping Gigi Hadid’s knitwear brand. Who knew the secret to a long-lasting friendship was a little cashmere promo?

As the Chiefs took down the Indianapolis Colts 23-20, Swift was busy high-fiving her soon-to-be mother-in-law, Donna Kelce, from her usual spot in the friends-and-family suite at Arrowhead Stadium. In videos of the singer’s celebrations, People observed that she seemed to be wearing a $425 cashmere sweater from Hadid’s brand, Guest in Residence.
This isn’t the first time Hadid’s friends and family have stepped up as models for her brand. Her boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, volunteered his time and broad shoulders for a little guerrilla knitwear advertising last year, while Swift wore a separate GIR sweater in those famous hugging photos from the AFC Championship game when the Chiefs secured their 2024 Super Bowl appearance. At the time, Hadid posted a photo of the couple to her Instagram Story, calling the cherry-red sweater Swift’s “lucky sweater.” We’ll have to wait a few more months to see if the Alpine Collegiate Polo in Sandstone has the same powers, though I’m sure the Chiefs will take all the luck they can get — cozy supermodel-designed polos included.
