Kate Middleton is looking to welcome brother-in-law Prince Harry home, but not everyone is keen to forgive so quickly, sparking some immense tension among the Royal Family

The Royals’ tensions are only escalating as Kate Middleton and Queen Camilla are reportedly locked in a heated disagreement.
The drama is far from fresh as it revolves around the persistent feud between Prince Harry and the remainder of his family. Harry, 41, and his spouse, Meghan Markle, withdrew from their Royal duties in 2020.
Since that time, he’s reportedly maintained minimal communication with his father and brother, but the situation seemed to shift following the passing of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. Harry reportedly attempted to rebuild his relationship with his father, King Charles, once again. The possibility of reconciliation, however, remains a delicate matter within the family, and opinions are divided.

While his 43 year old brother, Prince William, reportedly continues to maintain distance, Kate, also 43, reportedly demonstrates greater compassion. A source suggested she’s remained patient throughout the division, holding onto hope that healing will occur eventually, reports the Express US.
Conversely, Queen Camilla, 78, is reportedly displeased with Harry’s behavior. Their disagreements are seemingly creating tension between the two women.

“Her Majesty cannot believe that Kate is continuing to stick up for Harry after everything he’s said. She says it’s gone on far too long and needs to stop. She’s told Kate flat out that she’s being naïve and reckless,” a Royal insider told Heat. “Kate’s been very patient and has been biting her tongue for much of this year over Camilla’s attitude towards her, but this Harry situation is making it a hundred times more tense.”
Camilla was described as “disgusted” by her own husband’s softness regarding Harry as she’d prefer a “zero-tolerance policy of no forgiveness.”
She’s found an ally in her stepson, William, who seems to have a similar sentiment as the brothers reportedly rarely speak.

“What really irks the Queen is that she feels there shouldn’t be any peace talks at all – and there wouldn’t be if Kate hadn’t waded in to help forge a pathway for Harry to ingratiate himself with his father,” added the insider.
“Given everything Harry’s said, Camilla finds it ridiculous that Kate’s still even in contact with him. It’s insulting to her that Kate has continuously gone over her head to the King directly. She’s not been shy about telling people how aggrieved she feels, which has made its way back to Kate and she in turn has fired back,” they said.
Kate’s warmer approach is reportedly causing turmoil between herself and William, too, according to the source. She’s put effort into egging William towards acceptance, but it’s proving to be a difficult task.

She’s also reportedly been speaking with Harry, looking for a way to smooth over this family matter. However, that plan does not include Meghan, who many credit to be the source of the problems.
Another insider told Heat that Kate asked Harry to return to the United Kingdom without Meghan “as proof that he’s his own man.”
“Her hands are tied, so in the spirit of being practical, she’s urging Harry to come back without Meghan on his next trip, as proof that he’s his own man and not joined at the hip with his wife,” revealed the source.
