Gemma Collins is reportedly in talks to return to I’m A Celebrity despite leaving the show after just three days when she appeared back in 2014.

According to The Sun, the 44-year-old is in talks to appear on I’m A Celebrity All Stars, despite exiting the show early more than 10 years ago.

All Stars will see much loved campmates return to the jungle in South Africa, with ITV currently in talks with a potential cast.

When Gemma previously took part, she was in tears less than 72 hours in, diagnosing herself with malaria. She said at the time: “People who murder get treated better than this. That’s the truth. Even a murderer gets fed three times a day.”

A source told The Sun: “She hated it [the] first time round but knows it would be TV gold for her fans if she gave it another go.

“The discussions could go either way but signing her would be a huge win for execs,” they added.

Despite Gemma’s hatred for the jungle the first time round she has previously said she would like to give it a second chance.

Speaking to The Sun a year after being the jungle, Gemma said: “Everything would be different a second time.

“I’d be like Lara Croft and Angelina Jolie rolled into one, and I’d do the tasks. I’m not scared of nothing.

“Hopefully one day the producers may give me another chance.”

Gemma has been undergoing a lot of change this year, embarking on a weight loss journey with the help of Mounjaro, a weight-loss and diabetes treatment.

Speaking to The Mirror she called the drug “life changing”.

“I’ve lost so much weight, you wouldn’t believe it. It’s the only thing I’ve managed to lose weight on without putting myself on a stressful diet. It is a revolutionary, life-changing drug for people that are overweight. I feel so much happier in myself, I feel a million dollars,” she said.

“I think I’m actually saving the NHS. I won’t be going to the NHS with an obesity related illness so I won’t be putting any strain on it. I’m loving life, honey.”

The new series of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa will be filmed in October and air in 2026.
