Network18 has surpassed Times Internet, leading every major platform according to the March 2025 ComScore rankings. The latest ComScore MMX Report on total digital population (Social+Native) shows Network18 with 315 million unique visitors (UVs), 55% more than Times Internet’s 202 million UVs, confirming its position at the top of the news ecosystem.
News18.com recorded 251 million UVs, outperforming The Times of India, which had 183 million UVs, making News18 the most consumed digital news brand in India.
In social media, Network18 leads by a significant margin. The ComScore Media Metrix Social report shows it has twice the reach of its nearest competitor, TV9 Network, with a 54% penetration of the 389 million social media users in India.
Even without including social media traffic, Network18 remains ahead of Times Internet in the News and Information category, with 183.2 million UVs compared to Times Internet’s 182.3 million.
News18’s Indian language websites also top the charts with 182 million UVs, reflecting Network18’s strong presence in regional markets.
On television, Network18 maintains its leadership across Hindi, English, and regional languages. CNN-News18 has been the number one news channel for three consecutive years, and News18 India has been the most-watched Hindi news channel for the past two years.
This broad reach across platforms, languages, and regions reinforces Network18’s status as a leading news network in India.
