Bengaluru-based Yuvrit Ayurveda, today announced that it has raised $800,000 in a seed funding round led by Incubate Fund Asia.

Founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni Puroo Soni and Rahul Jhawar, the startup is building a modern chain of Ayurvedic clinics designed to make authentic, doctor-led, Kerala-style healing accessible, standardised, and deeply outcome-driven for urban India.

It will use the fresh capital to expand its premium clinic network across Bengaluru, starting with new centres in HSR layout, while strengthening medical training, standardisation protocols, hiring senior Ayurveda doctors, and driving public awareness around preventive health and evidence-based Ayurvedic wisdom.

India is experiencing a significant chronic disease burden, with more than 400 million people affected by lifestyle disorders, including gut issues, joint pain, metabolic and hormonal conditions, skin ailments and stress-related diseases. The startup noted that although patients are increasingly seeking root-cause–focused care, authentic Ayurveda remains fragmented and inconsistent, leaving many unsure whom to trust.

Yuvrit said it aims to address these challenges by building a scalable outpatient care system rooted in classical Ayurvedic practice and enhanced with modern diagnostics, digital tracking and protocol-led treatments designed by senior experts.

The team currently includes 14 members across clinical and central functions, including senior doctors, Panchkarma therapists, care coordinators, clinic managers, and marketing & operations teams, and is expected to scale to 30+ as new clinics go live in early 2026. Renowned Ayurvedacharya Dr. G.G. Gangadharan serves as chief medical advisor.

“Patients don’t need more quick fixes; they need root-cause healing guided by experts. Ayurveda has the depth to solve India’s chronic disease burden, but it needs structure, trust, and scientific rigor. Our goal is to bring Kerala’s most trusted clinical practices to every urban neighborhood with Yuvrit, a modern Ayurvedic care system that is authentic, standardized, and truly outcome-driven,” the co-founders said.

On the investment, Rajeev Ranka, Partner at Incubate Fund Asia, said, “Yuvrit is building scalable, doctor-led clinics focused on addressing India’s chronic lifestyle diseases. Yuvrit uses evidence-based Ayurveda, with an early focus on Gut Health, to provide care. They combine classical Ayurvedic principles with modern diagnostics, digital tracking, and standardized treatment protocols.”

“For decades, I have seen Ayurveda heal and transform chronic conditions through correctly applied Ayurvedic principles. What India needs today is not more fragmented care, but a dependable system built on scientific rigor, evidence-based practice, and well-trained clinicians. Yuvrit is addressing this gap with structure, consistency, and genuine clinical integrity. I’m glad to be part of this movement,” said Dr. GG Gangadharan, Founding Doctor & Chief Medical Advisor at Yuvrit Ayurveda.
