Liverpool City Council has announced dates for its markets in November and December

In Liverpool, markets play host to a huge range of creative, local independent businesses and farmers, selling everything from fashion, homeware, and handmade crafts to delicious fresh food and drink. As well as a regular weekly markets there are also one-off Christmas markets cropping up throughout December.
Returning after its debut last year, the City Centre Artisan Markets operated by Liverpool Council, will see around 30 traders selling a mix of food, drink, and gifts will return to Basnett Street for two dates on Saturday November 29 and Saturday December 6.
The popular Greatie Market will run every Saturday between now and Christmas, while Garston Market will operate each Friday, and Tuebrook Car Boot and Market every Thursday and Saturday.
Stanley Park Market, while not operating on Wednesday 3 December due to the LFC match, will be open on Sunday November 30 instead, from 10am to 3pm. The usual Wednesday schedule will resume on December 10 and run until Christmas Eve.
For those looking for delicious foods or unique gifts, Farmers and Craft Christmas Markets will head to Woolton Village on Saturday December 13, and Lark Lane on Saturday December 20.
Plus a special Outdoor Community Market will take place at Goodison Park’s Park End on Sunday December 7, featuring community stalls and festive activities for all the family, alongside a selection of market traders.
The Liverpool Christmas Market at St George’s Plateau and William Brown Street is running from November 15 to December 24 from 11am to 10pm.
