It’s week 10 of Strictly Come Dancing and, after the glitz and glamour of Blackpool last week, the glitterball trophy is in sight for our six remaining couples.

There’s a brand new challenge this week, the Instant Dance, which judge Shirley Ballas says “has the power the change everything for our couples”. We’ll have all the details on how this will work in our next post.

So as Alex, Amber, Balvinder, George, Karen, Lewis and their partners get ready to jive, cha cha cha and quickstep their way through Saturday night, get comfortable and prepare for 90 minutes of ballroom action.
