Established in 2010 and inspired by the ethos of the capital’s architecturally magnificent landmark squares, London Square is renowned for creating high-quality residences and instilling a legacy and sense of community in well-connected areas across London. Following its acquisition by the UAE’s leading real estate specialist, Aldar, London Square is now refocusing on the prime luxury property market, with a number of exciting high-profile developments launching this year.
First up, and the flagship of the new initiative, is Westminster Tower, in an iconic location next to the River Thames in the heart of the capital. This exclusive project will transform an existing high-rise office building into 17 storeys of exquisite living, 28 high-end apartments and two spectacular penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic waterfront views encompassing Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, London Eye, and the city skyline. The homes will be designed to the highest specification, including engineered timber chevron flooring, bespoke cabinetry, Miele appliances, and a home automation system. With amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, a fitness suite, a private cinema, and residents’ lounges, Westminster Tower offers an exceptional lifestyle opportunity in central London.

Also available for sale is The Luminaries at London Square Nine Elms: elegant, contemporary penthouse apartments with balconies offering breathtaking views of the London skyline. These two- and three-bedroom homes are finished to the highest standard with oak cabinetry in bespoke kitchens and bathrooms; brassware accents; state-of-the-art technology; and a strong focus on sustainability. The building includes a 24-hour concierge and a gracious lobby with a residents’ lounge.
Launching this summer is Fifty Brook Green, a boutique scheme of 32 private homes. This will include two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and triplexes in five converted Victorian buildings. The neighbourhood is a quiet gem in West London, known for its village-like atmosphere, with townhouses and cottages centred around a green. Though well connected, it remains a leafy retreat, tucked away from the urban rush. The homes will feature generous ceiling heights, private outdoor spaces, podium gardens, and parking—, blending heritage charm with a modern lifestyle.
Ransome’s Wharf will bring the London Square vision to the affluent Battersea area in southwest London, directly opposite Chelsea Embankment. The mixed-use development will feature 94 one-, two-, and three-bedroom premium apartments, as well as 19,000 square feet of commercial space. Adam Lawrence, founder and CEO of London Square, saysid: “Ransome’s Wharf offers an exciting opportunity to bring new focus to this stretch of the Thames between Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge, creating a highly attractive new destination to live and to visit in one of London’s most desirable areas.” With easy access to the River Thames, Battersea Park, and the fashionable boutiques and restaurants of Chelsea’s King’s Road and Sloane Square, residents will appreciate the quality of their home amidst the lively city atmosphere. Lawrence notes: “The redevelopment of Westminster Tower, along with the upcoming launches of Fifty Brook Green and Ransome’‘s Wharf, mark a pivotal moment for London Square. These projects reflect our commitment to creating extraordinary homes in some of London’s most desirable locations, setting the benchmark for future prime developments in London.”

A notable addition to the London Square portfolio is the County Hall Kingston, a classical Grade II listed building. Formerly the main headquarters for the Surrey County Council, the architectural masterpiece in the historic town of Kingston will be restored and converted to private homes plus commercial space.
“When I founded London Square,” says Lawrence, “I set out to build homes that reflect London’s rich architectural heritage and create vibrant communities. Over 14 years, we’ve delivered 30 award-winning developments and received more than 60 accolades for excellence. Now, as part of the Aldar Group of companies, we continue to set new standards in design, sustainability, and customer service.”
