A walk around London, to see our city’s world-famous sights, is a great idea no matter the weather. On a sunny day, our city truly stuns. But even in the rain, London is a positively charming place for a wander. You know what would make it even better, though? How about a horde stampede parade of corgis in Christmas jumpers?
There’s no need to imagine it, though, because that very sight will be coming to our capital in just a matter of days. The Christmas Jumper London Corgi Parade 2025 will land in London on December 6. And we can’t wait to see a sea of red and green Christmas jumper-clad dogs scampering around the city.
The event has been organised by doggy IG personality, ruffuscorgi, and has been running for multiple years. Ruffus has also organised (or rather Ruffus’ owner has organised) corgi parades in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as well as summer meet-ups.

Christmas Jumper Corgi Parade
The corgi parade will commence at 11am on Saturday, December 6. Participants will meet at Green Park, at the signposted exit from Green Park Tube station for the Buckingham Palace Route. The parade of corgis in Christmas jumpers will then proceed past a number of London landmarks:
- Buckingham Palace
- Constitution Hill
- Wellington Arch
- Hyde Park Serpentine
- Albert Memorial
Passers-by will no doubt catch sight of the doggy display and wonder to themselves: “Is that a dog or a loaf of bread that’s been wrapped up in festive garb?” (Which is a silly question, frankly, since loaves of bread can’t walk, as we all know.)

Last year’s event included participants (and corgis) who had travelled from as far away as America, Japan, and China. Participants also joined the parade from the likes of Italy, France, Poland, and a number of English counties.
