Global MGA incubator Mission has announced that it has reached an agreement to support a new team in launching Kovrilo, a UK managing general agent (MGA) expected to go live in early 2026.
A flexible, tech-driven underwriting platform, Kovrilo will offer a range of commercial insurance products tailored to small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients.
The MGA, which enables brokers to build modular insurance for SMEs, will be run by Tim Smith and Sonia Habib.
Smith will be joining the company from Jensten Group, where he most recently served as Underwriting and Product Director for six years, and previously worked at Policyfast and Aviva.
Habib will also be joining from Jensten Group, where she worked for over a decade, most recently as Head of Product Development.
