But sales brochure pics show some of the pad’s decor refers to his glory days — at Hibernian.

The Ayr United manager, 40, won 10 league titles, six Scottish Cups and six League Cups with the Hoops.

But one wall at the home he bought in 2007 for £1.475million is dominated by items celebrating the Edinburgh side he left that year.

The bedroom contains two framed Hibs tops.

One has a Whyte & Mackay logo, their whisky firm sponsors when Brown won the League Cup with them in 2007.

The other jersey has the number 13 on it.

Also on display are two arty images of the club’s Easter Road stadium plus a framed No10 Barcelona top with Lionel Messi’s name on it.

A picture of the Argentine legend lifting the Champions League is on another wall.

But there is no sign in the rest of the house of souvenirs from Brown’s Parkhead days.

Last night a source said: “It seems the home’s been tidied up for a sale. Hardly any personal stuff is on show.

“Just about every area is neat and immaculate.

“So it was funny to see the Hibs and Messi items in one of the smaller rooms, which might be a kid’s bedroom.”

Estate agents revealed the detached modern villa’s current owners “are the original occupiers of the property”.

It has been “lovingly cared for, significantly upgraded” and “remains in modern and excellent condition”.

The property has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, five reception rooms and double garage. There are two sets of goals in the back garden.

We told how Brown spent almost £2million on an Edinburgh mansion once owned by ex-Rangers chief Sir David Murray in November last year.
