Hibernian’s SWPL title hopes suffered a blow as they were held to a 1-1 draw at Montrose.
The result leaves Hibs 10 points behind Glasgow City at the top of the SWPL table after 13 games.
Grant Scott’s side took the lead thanks to Scarlett Herron who fired in from Ellis Notley’s free-kick.
But Montrose equalised five minutes later following a corner that wasn’t cleared by the visitors and Georgia Carter was there to turn the ball into the back of the net.
The point keeps Montrose in sixth, three points above Motherwell below them and 14 clear of Hamilton Accies on the bottom.
