A potential witness to a collision that killed a 64-year-old father as he crossed a road has been urged to come forward by police.
Stephen Allen, 64, was on his routine morning walk when he was struck in Bath Road in Calcot, near the Lidl supermarket, by at least one vehicle at about 06:30 GMT on 26 November.
Two men, both from Reading, have been arrested in connection with Mr Allen’s death, with one bailed and the other released pending further inquiries.
Sgt Matt Cadmore, from Thames Valley Police, said: “I’d like to stress, I believe this driver to be a witness, and I would urge them to contact [officers] as soon as possible.”
