The selection of properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians attracted significant attention from buyers in 2025, according to figures from ESPC.
The list highlights homes that generated the highest levels of interest online and moved quickly on the market.
Edinburgh firmly takes the spotlight, accounting for eight of the top ten properties. The list is completed by oneproperty in Dalkeith, Midlothian, and a much-admired home in the coastal town of Dunbar, East Lothian.
In second place is a two-bedroom ground-floor flat on Chancelot Terrace in Trinity. The property combines period features with modern interiors and offers easy access to the city centre by foot or public transport.

It was marketed at offers over £265,000 by McEwan Fraser and has now sold.
Third on the list is a two-bedroom flat in Corstorphine, which recorded 22,500 views on ESPC and went under offer within a week.
The property includes a living/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and access to communal gardens. It was listed at offers over £200,000 by Neilsons and is now sold.
In fourth place is a six-bedroom family home in Dalkeith, set on a corner plot with landscaped gardens and extensive living space.

Fifth is a Georgian semi-detached home in Portobello, close to the High Street and beach.

Sixth place goes to a four-bedroom home in Corstorphine, offered in turnkey condition and located near local schools.
Marketed at a fixed price of £495,000 by DMD Law, the property has sold.
