A drink-driver who veered into the path of an oncoming vehicle in Bristol is to be sentenced.
Kraig Hough, 40, of Woodville Mount in Leeds, was arrested in Bower Ashton at around 8:45am on Friday, November 28.
Officers from Avon and Somerset police saw a Mazda 6 veer over the central white line on Clanage Road.
They say the driver went the wrong way around a keep left sign, narrowly avoiding a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.
The police followed the vehicle in a patrol car before bringing it to a stop.
Hough tested positive in breath tests at the roadside and was subsequently arrested.
He was charged on November 29 and is due to be sentenced at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Friday, January 9.
