Two teenagers have been arrested just days before Christmas in connection with an alleged robbery in North Lanarkshire.
A 14-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy have been arrested following a robbery at a shop on Craigneuk Street in Wishaw on Thursday, December 18. Police Scotland officers were called out at around 6.15pm.
It’s unknown what was taken during the ordeal. Both boys will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Two male youths have been arrested in connection with a robbery in North Lanarkshire.
“Around 6.15pm on Thursday, 18 December, 2025, we received a report of a robbery at a premises in Craigneuk Street, Wishaw.
“A 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection.”
