Police seized the drugs in Portadown.
Four people have been arrested after a major seizure of Class A drugs in Co Armagh.
The drugs, with an estimated street value of £500,000, were recovered in Portadown yesterday.
Detective Inspector Stickland said: “Shortly before 5pm on Friday, officers stopped and searched a vehicle in the vicinity of Northway, Portadown.
“Following the search a significant seizure of Class A controlled drugs was made along with a sum of cash.
“The two occupants of the car, a 25-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, were arrested on suspicion of a number of drug-related offences and conveyed to custody where they have since been released on bail pending further police enquiries.

“A short time later, two men were stopped acting suspiciously within the vicinity of church grounds in the Garvaghy area. Following a search of the surrounding area a significant quantity of suspected Class A controlled drugs were seized.
“The men, aged 20 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug. They remain in custody at this time.
“Follow up searches were conducted by officers from the Tactical Support Group and Fermanagh District Support Team in properties in Garvaghy and Craigavon which resulted in the seizure of a sum of cash and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs.
“The suspected Class A drugs will now undergo further forensic examination.
“We will continue to tackle the supply, use and harm caused by illegal drugs in Northern Ireland and we’re grateful for the support of the community, and I’m keen to reiterate and ask for anyone with information, or concerns, to get in touch on 101.”
