A woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a hit-and-run in Kirkby. Emergency services were called to Glovers Brow, in Kirkby, at around 5.30pm on Sunday, December 21, with reports a car had hit a female pedestrian.
The woman has been taken to hospital with a serious facial injury, Merseyside Police confirmed. The driver of the car left the scene and police enquiries are ongoing to locate them.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is urged to call 101 or DM @MerpolCC quoting log number 687 of December 21.
