Bristol Bears have confirmed Harry Randall has penned a new long-term deal with the club ahead of his 150 th appearance for the Bears this weekend.
The England international who has won 17 caps for his country since his debut in 2022 joined from Gloucester in 2018 and is widely regarded as one of the best scrum-halves in the country, and has scored 36 tries in 149 appearances for the Bears.
Director of Rugby, Pat Lam, said: “I can’t believe it’s been more than eight years since I first saw 19-year-old Harry starring for Hartpury against us in the Championship. That performance immediately convinced me he was exactly the type of player I wanted at the Bears.
“It’s fantastic to see him now reach centurion status for the club – and set to make his 150th appearance this weekend. That milestone speaks volumes about his quality, durability, and unwavering commitment to Bristol Bears, both on and off the field.
“Harry is a natural leader who drives standards every day and brings real energy to the group.
“What’s most exciting is that, despite everything he’s already achieved, there’s still more to come. He’s entering a really strong phase of his career, and we’re thrilled that journey will continue here with us.”

Randall said: “Signing a new contract at Bristol Bears means a huge amount to me. This club has been my home for a long time now, and to be reaching the 150-appearance milestone this weekend is something I’m incredibly proud of.
“I’ve loved every minute of pulling on the shirt – the environment, the supporters, and the ambition of the club make it a special place to play. Bristol is where I’ve grown not just as a player, but as a person too, and I feel I’ve really matured here. I’m excited about what’s ahead and determined to keep giving everything for this club.”
