Chris Davies is under serious pressure in the Championship after a series of poor results in the Championship.
The Blues are now 14th in the Championship, having lost 3-0 to Sheffield United on the weekend.
As a result, Davies could soon face the sack at Birmingham City, with the manager having two games to save his job.
Therefore, there is a chance the Blues could be searching for a new manager in the new year, with the bookies making Frank Lampard an outsider already.

Lampard has had an excellent season to date.
The former Chelsea manager is top of the league with Coventry City, with the Midlands side the favourites to win promotion this campaign.
However, this has not stopped the manager from being linked away, with multiple Premier League sides eyeing Lampard.
Given Birmingham City’s big aspirations, it is not out of the question that they would try to tempt the Coventry coach to the Blues dugout.

One bookmaker has Lampard at 25/1 to take over at St. Andrew’s next, making him the 12th-favourite.
As it stands, Lee Carsley has the best odds at 7/2, followed by Gary O’Neil and Michael Carrick at both 6/1.

As it stands, Davies is the current favourite to be sacked next in the Championship. His odds are currently 5/4, with West Brom’s Ryan Mason following behind at 11/4.
Next on the list is the current Sheffield Wednesday manager, Henrik Pedersen, at 5/1.
Therefore, Davies, no doubt, has his back against the wall given the current form of the Blues.
However, the manager has managed to turn this around before, and he will be fighting every step of the way to save his job.
Hopefully, he is able to pick up a result against Derby County on Boxing Day, or it could be curtains for the manager despite winning promotion last season.
