New London police are investigating after shots were fired on Garfield Avenue.
Police said they were called to the area just after 10:30 p.m. Monday. When they got to the scene, they found evidence of a shooting. Investigators canvassed the area, police said.
No injuries were reported, and police said the incident did not appear to be a random act.
