NEW LONDON, Conn. (WFSB) – Police are investigating after a woman was found dead on the ground in New London on Tuesday morning.
The woman was identified as Kelly Anne Lewis, 56, from Waterford.
According to police, Lewis was found unresponsive around 9:16 a.m. near 393 Williams Street.
Authorities pronounced Lewis dead on scene.
The investigation remained active.
No further information was immediately available.
