Emergency services are at the scene of a serious ongoing incident in south Belfast.
Police and ambulance crews received reports of an incident at Ulidia House in the Donegall Road area of the city shortly before 7pm.
The Belfast Telegraph understands police and the ambulance service attended the property before requesting additional assistance from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.
All three emergency services remain at the scene with the incident expected to continue for several hours.
