I have the Collector’s Editions of both Doom: The Dark Ages and Elden Ring: Nightreign on pre-order, though I am unlikely to play Nightreign as I prefer to be anti-social and play alone, and those friends I do play with won’t be interested in that game. I’ll definitely be playing Doom though.
I am interested in The Precinct as well, and will be keeping an eye on the reviews there. As a retired Cop myself, I have had my fair share of car chases, foot chases, and even been on board for one helicopter chase, but I can honestly say, I’ve never been involved in a real-lift shoot out! I was a Detective for many years, and so I’ve done a heap of paperwork and processing of detainees too, so I’ll be interested to see how much of the feeling of being a Police Officer the game really captures…
